Sunsetting BrandArmy

It’s with a heavy heart we announce our intention to sunset BrandArmy later this year. On the positive side, creators aged 18 or older will see no interruption in service as they and their subs will be ported into a new and improved platform. About 7 months ago we started designing and then building out this new platform and it’s getting closer to being feature complete.

We’ve learned a ton since we first started BrandArmy but believe we can do better. So we look forward to taking all of our learnings into a new super platform that will have even more than what BrandArmy offers. More features, more ways to earn, an upgraded UI design, all with a much larger market to attack and attract.

At this time, we do not know the exact date of when we’ll wind things down. As of this writing, we estimate this will happen between June to August, although it could be sooner. All creators will be notified up to 60 days before the closing date, but no sooner than 30 days. When ready, we will move over qualifying creators and their subs in groups over the course of weeks into the new platform until all are brought over.

Only creators aged 18 or older can transact and monetize on the new platform.

We are excited and very thankful to even be in a position to create and launch what we feel is a wonderful new platform and a greater opportunity for both the company and our users. We think we’ll make a big impact on the industry while giving us a seat at the table and continuing to be part of and drive culture.

With that said, in many ways this entry isn’t a goodbye, rather it’s an announcement of new beginnings. We’re grateful for the journey thus far and can’t wait to see what the future holds.
